Our farm is located in Ashe County, North Carolina. As the residents of Ashe County like to say – the coolest corner of North Carolina – because we are in the northwestern corner of the state, in the Blue Ridge mountains, bordered by Tennessee to the west and Virginia to the north.
Ashe County has the distinction of the being the largest Christmas tree producing county in the nation. So we like to think of ourselves as Christmas tree country. Our slogan is: “Christmas begins with the tree and the tree begins in Ashe County.” Perfect, right?
