Want to Sell Us Your Logistics Services?

We appreciate your interest. But before you call us again, please read this.

At Hart-T-Tree Farms, we receive multiple unsolicited calls from freight brokers and logistics companies every single day. Sometimes multiple calls from the same company, even after we've politely declined.

We understand. You're trying to grow your business. So are we.

But here's the thing: Every sales call takes time away from running our farm. And while we'd love to give every salesperson 15 minutes to explain why their company is different, there simply aren't enough hours in the day.

A Little About How We Do Business

We're a family-owned Christmas tree farm, and we believe in building long-term business relationships.

We're loyal to the logistics partners who have earned our trust. We don't shop our freight around to a dozen brokers every time we need a truck, and we're not constantly looking to replace a good partner to save a few dollars.

Price matters, of course. But what matters even more?

  • Transparency. We want to know what's happening, even when the news isn't good.

  • Communication. Proactive, timely, and honest communication makes everyone's job easier.

  • Honesty and integrity. Do what you say you're going to do. And if something goes wrong, tell us.

  • Understanding our business. Shipping fresh Christmas trees from a mountain farm during a short, intense harvest season is not the same as moving ordinary freight.

  • Flexibility. Weather, harvest conditions, and customer needs can change. We value partners who work with us to find solutions.

  • Long-term relationships. We believe trust is built over time, not through a persuasive sales pitch.

We occasionally work with a new logistics provider—perhaps one or two in a typical year. But we're selective, and we're not interested in changing partners simply because someone promises a cheaper rate.

Still Think We'd Be a Good Fit?

We offer two ways to introduce your company.

Option 1: Send Us Your Information — FREE

Tell us about your company, your experience with seasonal agricultural freight, and why you believe you'd be a good fit for Hart-T-Tree Farms. We'll keep your information on file and reach out if an opportunity arises.

Please understand that submitting your information does not guarantee a response, a meeting, or an opportunity to quote our freight.

Option 2: Make Your Sales Pitch — $150

We recognize that you have a business to promote. And if you'd like 15 minutes of our undivided attention to tell us why we should consider working with you, we're willing to make that time available. But our time has value, too. For $150, you can request a 15-minute virtual sales presentation with a member of our management team.

We'll listen. You can pitch. We'll ask questions if we have them.

What you're purchasing is our time and attention—not a promise of future business.

A few things to know before requesting an appointment:

  • Our shipping season runs from mid-October through mid-December. We only consider new logistics partners from January through September.

  • Appointments are scheduled around our availability. If you select this option, we will make time to hear your pitch, but it may not be immediately. We'll contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.

  • Your appointment is guaranteed or your money back. If we are unable to schedule an appointment within two weeks of your request, you are entitled to a full refund. If you request an appointment during the off season (October-December), we will respond to your request in January.

Payment is required in advance. Purchasing an appointment does not guarantee an opportunity to quote freight or secure future business.

One Last Request

Please don't continue calling our farm to make unsolicited sales pitches. Our phones are an essential part of running our business, especially during harvest season. We need to keep those lines available for our employees, customers, drivers, and existing transportation partners.

Repeated calls won't make us more likely to work with your company. In fact, they may tell us something about how well you respect the needs of your prospective customers.

We believe the best business relationships begin with mutual respect.

Thank you for understanding.
